Refunds and cancellations

If you buy as a consumer (EU or UK)

You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, and we refund the full amount. The audit is a digital service: if you ask for it to start straight away, before the 14 days are over, we ask you explicitly before payment and you acknowledge that once it is complete you lose the right of withdrawal. If you withdraw after the audit has started but before it is complete, we keep only the part that corresponds to the work done so far.

If you buy as a business

If you cancel before the audit starts, we refund the full amount. Once it has started it is not refundable, because you pay for the work of the audit and not for its result.

The guarantee

If we miss a Critical or High finding in the code we audited, within the validity of the certificate, we refund 100% of the fee and re-audit free of charge. The full terms are on the «Guarantee» page.

How to ask

Write to info@verticom.gr with the offer or payment number. We reply within 5 working days. The refund is made the same way you paid (to the same card through Stripe, or to the same account for a bank transfer) and starts at the latest 14 days after we approve it.
